Our Promise

Limited Warranty

MDA Floors provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, impacts from dropped objects, dragging heavy items, chemical exposure, improper maintenance, or modifications made after installation. It also does not cover cracks, movement, moisture, or other conditions related to the existing concrete slab that are beyond our control.

Before you text us

How much does an epoxy or polished concrete floor cost?

It depends on the size of the area, the condition of your concrete and the finish you choose — polishing an existing warehouse slab prices very differently from a full flake system in a garage. Text us photos and approximate measurements and we'll give you a real number for your floor, free.

How long does a garage floor take?

Most residential garages are completed in 1–2 days, including grinding and repairs. You can typically walk on it the next day and park on it within a few days — we'll give you exact cure times for your system at the walkthrough.

Polished concrete or epoxy — which is right for my space?

Polished concrete is the concrete itself, refined and hardened: extremely durable, low-maintenance and ideal for large commercial areas and modern interiors. Epoxy adds a seamless coating on top: better chemical and moisture resistance, unlimited colors, and the right choice for garages and basements. Tell us how the space is used and we'll recommend honestly.

Can you coat concrete that is cracked, stained or previously painted?

Usually, yes. Grinding removes old paint, glue and surface stains, and cracks and pitting are repaired as part of our prep. Send photos of the worst areas by text and we'll confirm before quoting.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every epoxy floor we install is backed by a 2-year limited warranty — see the full terms in our Limited Warranty section above.
